A、供纸部
1.采用皮带前缘吸风走纸方式，准确可靠。
2.采用的电磁离合器及电磁刹车系统，使供纸部可单独控制，操作简单可靠。
3.压纸轮可调，适合纸板厚度为2—12mm。
4.供纸部的前挡板和走纸皮带左右可调。
B、
1.主电机采用变频调速，系统无噪音，调速灵活、稳定。
2.采用进口高磨擦力皮带输送纸板，自动折迭。
C、计数堆积部
1.采用数字控制，操作简单，动作可靠，可不停机输入数据，自动计数，准确输出。

二：操作说明
首先把操作盘上的电源打开，确信电子显示屏运行正常后，摁启动开关，绿灯亮。然后把调速旋钮顺时针方向慢慢旋转，确认主电机运转与否，同时打开计数堆积开关，确认运转，然后打开供纸开关，，确认供纸皮带运转与否。确认整机运转良好后关闭上述开关，打开气阀，并按下面的顺序操作。
Two: operation instructions
First of all, turn on the power supply on the operatingpanel, make sure that the electronic display screen is running normally, pressthe start switch, the green light is on.Then turn the speed regulating knobclockwise slowly to confirm whether the main motor is running or not, at thesame time, open the counting stacking switch to confirm the operation, and thenopen the paper supply switch, to confirm whether the paper supply belt isrunning or not.After confirming that the machine is in good operation, closethe above switch, open the air valve, and operate in the following order.
纸板定位
1.先把要钉的纸板折好，把钉接部位对准中心放在供纸皮带上，展后转开纸板，把右侧板贴在纸板右侧，同样也把左侧板靠过来。
2.利用左右移动开关，把左右压痕轮移动到纸板的左右压线槽中心。
3.移动供纸皮带放在适当位置，均匀分配皮带。
4.把左右两个前挡板移动到左右两侧适当的皮带上方，注意，不要放在压线槽当中，以防走偏。
5.前挡板与纸板的间隙一般高于纸板厚度的三分之一。
6.调整供纸支架，角度一般不用改变，调整前后距离，让纸板挂在斜板的下端，使皮带与纸板的角度尽量小。
Cardboard positioning
1. Fold the board to be nailed, align the nail joint withthe center and place it on the paper supply belt. After the board is unfolded,open the board and paste the right board on the right side of the board.
2. Use the left and right moving switch to move the leftand right indentation wheel to the center of the right and left pressing grooveof the cardboard.
3. Move the paper supply belt to an appropriate positionand evenly distribute the belt.
4. Move the left and right front baffles to the top ofthe appropriate belts on both sides, and pay attention not to put them in theline groove to prevent deviation.
5. The gap between the front baffle and the board isgenerally one third of the thickness of the board.
6. Adjust the feeding bracket, the Angle generally doesnot need to change, adjust the distance before and after, so that the board ishung at the bottom of the inclined board, so that the Angle between the belt andthe board is as small as possible.
1.操作注意事项
1）调节左右宽幅时特别注意内侧和外侧的极限位置，快到极限时，利用点动并且注视所处的位置，到极限时关闭开关，以免烧坏齿轮减速电机。
2）机器上的所有皮带都不许调的过紧，这样会使皮带连接部位脱开，或使用寿命减短。供纸皮带需要特别保护。
1. Matters needing attention in operation
1) pay special attention to the limit position of theinside and outside when adjusting the left and right width. When approachingthe limit, use the point motion and focus on the position. When reaching thelimit, close the switch so as not to burn out the gear reduction motor.
2) all the belts on the machine shall not be adjusted tootight, which will make the belt connection part detach or shorten the servicelife.The paper belt needs special protection.
三、润滑与保养
润滑与维护对设备的正常运行和延长机器的寿命非常重要。设备的机修人员及操作人员必须定期检测，检查各部分的运行情况，发现问题及时处理。
